With the rise of new energy vehicles, they do have special requirements for bearings and tires.New energy vehicles have large torque, which requires the bearings to have a lower friction coefficient to reduce energy loss and improve the vehicle’s range. Our bearings developed for new energy vehicles use special materials and processing technology, which reduce rolling resistance and can better adapt to the dynamic characteristics of new energy vehicles.
In terms of quietness, new energy vehicles do not have the noise of the engine to cover, so they have higher requirements for the quietness of tires and bearings. Our new energy vehicle – specific tires effectively reduce the noise generated during driving by optimizing the pattern design and rubber formula; the bearings also use high – precision manufacturing technology and special lubricating materials to reduce noise and vibration during operation.
